Hypnotherapy groups can be a cost-effective way to experience the use of hypnosis as a way of changing habits or behaviours.
In our groups we focus on specific generic topics for example; Weight Loss, smoking caseation, confidence building, improving sleep etc. These sessions offer a mutually supportive environment for change.
Together you will enter a deeply relaxed trance like state, under the gentle guidance of your hypnotherapist, but don’t worry you can bring yourself out of hypnosis yourself anytime you wish.
If you have a specific fear or phobia that you would like to address, then you may require personal one to one sessions, you can contact us to discuss, how many sessions would be appropriate.
